How to book casually

Call on 2727119 , pay by credit card and book. Visit the centre and book at the reception. Text 021 527117 with credit card details to book

Peak hrs : $15/hr. (weekdays afetr 4PM and week ends)

Off peak$ : 12/hr. (week days 7AM - 4PM)

You get special rate & facilities if you are a court booking member

Intended for regular players to book courts at cheaper rates and manage their own booking.

How to become a member.

Fill up membership form & pay membership fee. Visit the office and its a 5 mnts process or do it on-line »open Court Booking Account.

Membership fee

All membership expires on the 31st Jan of the following year. All court membership of club members expires at the end of club membership.

Membership facilities

The rates & terms are applicable for 2012 and NZBC reserves the rights to review terms and conditions without any notice

Badminton Centre opening hours

Normal hours: 7AM - 11PM 7 days 365 days.
Special times can be organised outside the normal hours by prior arrangement.
Off Peak hours : Week days Rest of the time: Peak hours

How to top up your account

Visit the office during working hours or most after hours and pay in person by cash, chq, EFTPOS or Credit card
Do internet transfer with your full name as reference and send proof of payment by e mail to dev@badmintonnz.co.nz ( Credit card payments will have surcharge )
Call the office and provide credit card details to be charged.Register a credit card with the office so that it will be charged as & when you require top up.Bank Ac No: 02-0168-0272202-02. Your account will be credited ASAP.

Cancellation policy

Please check the cancellation policy in your account and be familiar with the procedure to avoid any unnecessary expenses. Generally for full refund you must cancel 24hrs before the booked time.

Conditions of use

Account holder is fully responsible to ensure that All members playing on the court under the account are using Non-Marking badminton shoes Members are off the court as soon as the booking time is over. You or your group members do not play on any Un-Lit courts or courts booked by other players. Courts are left clear of any shuttles or rubbish after use for the next booking. No food or drinks on the courts. Account holder must keep track of the accounts and ensure that all charges and refunds are in order. Any issues related to accounts must be informed to the office within 3 days after the use of courts. Annual subscription will be deducted from the account on the 1^st of Feb each year.
